FOR THOSE WITH ACCESSIBILITIES REQUESTS: Please inform our Accessibilities Chair  if any of your GSRs, District or Committee Members who are attending the Post-Conference Assembly in-person require an access accommodation in regards to seating.  Email accessibilities@cnia.org For example, if any of your members use a mobility device such as a wheelchair or scooter, we can reserve your District a table on an aisle, closer to the front doors and the bathrooms. Or if you have a member who is hard-of-hearing, we can reserve your District a table closer to the front. We will continue identifying “Priority Seating” on seats at each corner of the tables. These seats can be used by anyone. However, if someone arrives with limited mobility or a special need, we ask that those Designated as Priority Seats be given to them.

The Zoom link will be emailed to online registered attendees the week prior to the event. The Tech Committee will do everything to ensure seamless connection for online participation for the full Hybrid Assembly. With Wi-Fi, there is always a possibility of lost connection. Please email webmaster@cnia.org with any issues accessing the hybrid assembly.
