The Grapevine/La Vina Chair promotes subscriptions to Grapevine and LaVina.  They also encourage groups and/or Districts to appoint Grapevine and LaVina Representatives.  They are available to set up displays at Area and District functions, and other events that do not conflict with Area functions.
